The Pro’s & Cons with scheduling on Pinterest

Let’s break down the pros and cons of manually pinning your Pinterest pins through the native Pinterest app.

THE PROS

  • It’s Free!

  • You can schedule multiple pins at a time…

THE CONS

  • You are limited to 100 pins scheduled in the future. This might not be an issue if you’re not pinning that much content.

  • You can schedule your pins two weeks in advance.

  • Can’t link your content to multiple Pinterest boards.

If these cons are a dealbreaker for you then Pinterest manual pinning (live pinning) won’t be the best option for you. However, it does the job and it’s free you can’t beat that!

I schedule some pins and then post others, there is always someone who tells you that’s scheduling pins is what Pinterest wants to get you noticed, so I’m never sure whether to do it or not!
