These are the 5 Places To Promote Your Blog Posts – Increase Blog Traffic The Right Way!

1. Pinterest

Pinterest is one of my favourite platforms to promote my content. It’s the biggest source of traffic to my website. If you’re still on the fence about utilizing Pinterest, there’s no thought needed. Pinterest will help you reach a wider audience and you get to share many blog post links, unlike Instagram which only allows you to choose one. This also means that the life of your content will last longer…

2. Facebook Groups

Facebook groups are essentially a community where you can network with other bloggers, small business owners and content creators. There are tons of groups out there, I recommend checking out Facebook and finding a group that connects with the best. These groups usually have rules or guidelines to follow. But, it can be a great place to get more eyeballs onto your blog posts. You also get to connect with many other bloggers where you can share ideas ad tips with.

3. Instagram

Instagram a tried and true platform. You can use Canva to create stunning on-brand graphics to promote your latest blog posts on either Reels, Instagram Story or the feed posts. Platforms have many ways where you can repurpose your old blog posts to which will create more traction to these forgotten posts. Create a link in bio page, where you can share many pieces of content. If you’re not sure how to create one. I created a step by step guide on how WordPress uses can create one.

There’s so much value in creating your link in bio page instead of using third party websites this does not directly drive your audience to your website.

4. Twitter

If you think your audience is hanging out on Twitter, make sure to promote your post there! You can repurchase many of your older posts and share many tweets a day! I would suggest planning this to help save you so much time, I know you have so many other things to get to. This is where planning in advance will help you! Use a platform like Later to schedule your tweets!

5. Your Email List

Lastly, don’t forget your email list. Let’s face it not everyone is going to read every single blog post you put out. A great way to share your content is by sharing your posts to your email list. These are the audience that has opted to want to hear from you. In case they didn’t see your posts on social media. Emails are a lot more engaging and personal to your audience.

I use Flodesk as my email platform of choice. It gives you access to beautiful email templates and making creating emails so much easier. If you haven’t started an email list before now would be a good time to get started. There are so many pros to getting started. You can also signup for a free month trial with Flodesk, you can also lock in 50% off the monthly fee FOREVER by clicking my affiliate link.

I hope you found these tips on how to promote your blog posts usefully. Promoting your blog posts will help increase blog traffic, which is the ultimate goal for any blogger or content creator.
